Allergies 

If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. If you have known allergy to any ingredient please avoid or use with caution. If you suffer from any chronic or acute illnesses or disease please refer to your physician prior to use. Some essential oils are not recommended for those who are pregnant or nursing, please refer to your physician. By purchasing and using this product you acknowledge that you have read and reviewed all ingredients. 

Shipping Policy + Local Pickup

Standard shipping is $9.99 for all orders. Free shipping is automatically available for orders over $75. Local pickup is available for the Austin and Dallas area, please select the corresponding Shipping Method during checkout. To schedule the local pickup, you can email me at hello@shopabilene.co or send me a message on social media!

All orders will ship within 1-3 business days once the order has been placed. This may be affected by national holidays, vacation, etc. Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information to track the package. I am not responsible for package theft of incorrect delivery. Make sure to have the correct shipping address at checkout.

Exchanges + Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the nature of my products and safety contamination concerns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email me at contact@havensidebathandbody.com and I will be happy to work something out for you. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages + Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
